About us
There are more than 900 Albert Heijn stores in the Netherlands. Albert Heijn SchootenPlaza is a so-called franchise location. This means that we use the Albert Heijn concept, but are otherwise independent. In 1970 we started as a small Spar store and after 10 years switched to the Albert Heijn concept.
The concept offers extensive choices, plenty of benefits and lots of shopping pleasure. The supermarket offers a large and varied assortment, including a large fresh selection.
Unconditional quality guarantee
There is, among other things, a wide selection of delicacies - meat products are freshly grilled – and bread comes out of our own oven. The products in the store are available in all price ranges: you can choose from the well-known brands, products from the own Albert Heijn brand or the competitively priced AH BASIC range. If you miss something, we will try to order it for you. All items, but certainly fresh products, such as vegetables and meat products, must be of perfect quality. Nevertheless, if you are dissatisfied with a certain product, you can always use our unconditional quality guarantee. You will then receive a replacement item or a refund.
Have groceries delivered
We do everything in our power so that you as a customer can do your shopping in a pleasant service-oriented supermarket. If you are unable to come to the store yourself, we will deliver the groceries to your home or work address.
Corporate social responsibility
We are at the centre of society. We do this by being involved in numerous activities in the neighbourhood and sponsor multiple associations. More than 100 employees work at Albert Heijn SchootenPlaza, both full-time and part-time and of all ages. We regularly organise activities such as showings or tastings. We are also involved in the organisation of "De Schooten Leeft Wijkmanifestatie". During this annual event we want to show what our neighbourhood has to offer.
